In this commercial for Fluid Fantasy by Wham-O (which I believe came out in 1977), the very serious announcer intones that it is "the adults' toy." Adults who enjoy watching blue oil beads in a red obstacle course, bouncing and wiggling and splitting and combining. (I had it when I was a kid, and I thought it was Fluid Fantastic!)
