In this 2-hour and 8-minute session, I take my original 2004–2008 Paladin, Bellatrix, out for some much-needed "catch-up" questing in the Alterac and Arathi regions. Since being restored from inactivity, she was squished from level 49 down to level 22, and navigating the new Retail mechanics is a major challenge!

Legacy Restored: Playing as my blonde human female Paladin. I’ve had to rename her BellatrixOld since her original name was taken during her long years of inactivity.
The New Flight: I test out the new Proto-Drake mount gifted by quest givers—learning the new "Dynamic Flight" mechanics which are very different from the old days.
Jaina & Thrall’s War Effort: I take on quests from Jaina Proudmoore and Warchief Thrall, including the pumpkin run, gathering war plans from Kobolds, and the assault on Stromgarde Keep.
The Struggle of the Squish: Because enemies now scale to my level and my gear is outdated, combat is tough! I survive a brutal ambush by an Ogre and a Kobold, only to be taken down by a wandering Elite monster.
Teamwork & Tactics: I manage to disable the catapults at Stromgarde by timing my moves while higher-level players cleared the guards. I also get some help from the community to take down the Ogre boss.
UI Confusion: I discuss the difficulty of the new UI compared to Classic—currently playing with only a few attacks while I relearn how to manage the new ability bars and talent system.
I am speaking throughout the entire journey, reflecting on how much Azeroth has changed since I last played this character in 2008.
