Building an oil burner step by step with description and tutorial. The Burner is easy to construct with basic methods and can be built quickly and easily. It is easy to light and outputs significant heat from any waste oil. Please see the other vids on my channel for more Burner builds and dramatic fire ups.
This Burner runs on any waste oil and is suitable for a range of used from a home or shed heater, water heating, metal melting and scrapping, Aluminium Can Melting, and general heating applications.
The burner is made from a steel bottle or pipe with another pipe running through the centre which is drilled with holes to pass the combustion air and oil.
Measurements are unimportant as they are not critical. The principal of operation is scaleable to any size units.
