After the School at Harwick had been repaired following a rain storm, Dexter was no longer in use. However Sir Charles Topham Hatt had told him that he'll be reverted back in a railway carriage, much to his happiness. Dexter thought he could share some information that he had learnt to the other coaches and passengers, but sadly they didn't care. However he spotted one boy at a station who was interested in learning.

During the October Long Weekend, Transport Heritage NSW had once again held the annual Transport Heritage Expo at Sydney Central. See 3526 and 3265 on shuttle runs to Hurstville and back, a ride on CPH Railmotor 1, 3 & 7 to the Botany goods line which runs next to the Sydney Airport, a rarity for passenger trains. See some of the displays such as an NR class diesel locomotive from Pacific National, the first electric train set to use double deck carriages as well as some vintage buses including double deckers from London, England!
