A new wildlife park was to be opened and the engines were to take the animals to it. Thomas was tasked to bring tigers but the rest of the delivery was to be made by road as he was to return to his branch line due to Toby breaking down. Thomas wondered if he would ever see the tigers again?

During the October Long Weekend, Transport Heritage NSW had once again held the annual Transport Heritage Expo at Sydney Central. See 3526 and 3265 on shuttle runs to Hurstville and back, a ride on CPH Railmotor 1, 3 & 7 to the Botany goods line which runs next to the Sydney Airport, a rarity for passenger trains. See some of the displays such as an NR class diesel locomotive from Pacific National, the first electric train set to use double deck carriages as well as some vintage buses including double deckers from London, England!
