We hit the road for a day in Northeast Minnesota. We begin by taking I-35 through Duluth. We then find ourselves on the North Shore Scenic Drive, which stretches along the north shore of Lake Superior. Along the way we stop at some scenic viewpoints. We then get on Minnesota State Route 1. We wind our way through the woods and hills to the town of Ely. After driving through Ely, we start heading back toward Duluth along a different route. We pass through the towns of Tower and Virginia along the way.
