This is one soup that might be an acquired taste. I didn't eat it growing up (at least not that I recall) so I don't eat it very often. This was my first time making it this year so I figured I better film it for you guys 🤣. You can use meat only but I particularly like dried/smoked fish in this soup. As you will see, I sometimes add okra to the soup. You should already know that I like to know what I'm eating so I usually buy whole ingredients and grind them myself which is what I did with the ogbono seeds (well I didn't buy these, they were given to me lol). Enjoy and I'll catch you next time.

1/3 cup red palm oil
3/4 cup ground ogbono seeds
1 cup meat broth, warm
2 cups hot/warm water
2-3 tsp ground red pepper (or to taste)
1.5 tsp season all (to taste)
1.5 Tbsp ground crayfish
Mixture of meats and dried fish
1 cup finely sliced spinach (optional)
