Magellan and Greyhound | New York Aquarium Tour (Sea Lion Show, Sharks, Penguins & More) in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY @MagellanandGreyhound | Uploaded July 2022 | Updated October 2024, 32 minutes ago.
The New York Aquarium is a great place to visit in NYC. Located in Coney Island, Brooklyn, it features a fantastic sea lion show, several new attractions such as Spineless and the Ocean Wonders: Sharks exhibits, and can be experienced both indoors and outdoors. We suggest taking advantage of the online ticket system to book your timed reservation, since arriving there and finding out they are no longer selling tickets is a bummer, especially if you try to go on weekends. Just a few weeks ago, the Aquarium just celebrated its full reopening since Hurricane Sandy devastated it in 2012. We visited somewhat shortly after that and it was pretty depressing. Go check out New York City's only aquarium!
Please consider donating to the NY Aquarium (link below), which is run by the Wildlife Conservation Society. We wanted to make this video into a fundraiser, but apparently we need more than 10k subscribers to do that. The Wildlife Conservation Society also runs the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo and Queens Zoo.
