Through strategic licensing schemes that include District Level Licensing for habitat creation, nutrient neutrality to protect sensitive waterways, and Biodiversity Net Gain which requires developers to improve nature by at least 10% compared to what was there before. Together, these schemes enable developers to deliver essential housing while enhancing natural habitats.
