The new Porsche 911 GT3 Bergsport has arrived, but American Porsche enthusiasts will not be able to officially buy one. Only 100 examples are planned, with availability limited to Austria, France, Italy, and Switzerland.
Based on the Porsche 911 GT3 with Touring Package, the Bergsport celebrates Porsche's connection with Alpine roads and European hillclimb competition. It combines the naturally aspirated 4.0 liter flat 6 engine producing 502 horsepower with a 6 speed manual transmission, rear wheel drive, the Lightweight Package, and forged aluminum wheels.
Porsche also gives the limited model an exclusive Valleygreenmetallic exterior finish developed through Paint to Sample Plus. Inside, Valleygreen leather and mountain inspired decorative stitching help separate the Bergsport from a regular 911 GT3 Touring.
The Porsche 911 GT3 Bergsport makes its public debut at the Arosa ClassicCar event in Switzerland on September 3, 2026. With production restricted to only 100 cars across 4 European countries, this could become one of the more difficult modern Porsche 911 GT3 variants to encounter.
