The new Arcfox Alpha T7 is arriving with up to 715 kilometers of battery electric range and a subsidized pre-sales price starting at just 137,800 yuan, or roughly $20,320.
It also offers an extended range version capable of traveling up to 1,315 kilometers with a full battery and fuel supply.
Built by BAIC Group's Arcfox brand, the Alpha T7 enters China's highly competitive family sport utility vehicle market with 9 rear wheel drive variants covering both battery electric and extended range electric powertrains.
Battery electric models feature an 800 volt electrical architecture, up to 227 kilowatts of motor output and battery capacities reaching 84.8 kilowatt hours. The longest range version is rated for 715 kilometers under the China Light Duty Vehicle Test Cycle, while charging from 30% to 80% takes approximately 15 minutes.
Extended range models combine a 1.5 liter gasoline range extender with a 200 kilowatt electric motor and 43.9 kilowatt hour battery. Battery only range reaches 320 kilometers, while combined range climbs to 1,315 kilometers.
Selected Alpha T7 models also feature Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 Pro driver assistance technology, LiDAR, a massive 17.3 inch 3K center display, artificial intelligence integration and continuously variable damping suspension.
