The new Huawei-backed Luxeed RX brings some seriously interesting technology to the driver's seat, including 98 pressure sensors and 27 air bladders.
Instead of relying only on conventional adjustable bolsters, the Luxeed RX uses an intelligent seating system designed to adapt its support to the driver's body and changing driving conditions.
The Intelligent Wraparound Seat monitors pressure and body position and can adjust its support at the millisecond level. The idea is to combine the comfort expected from a luxury sport utility vehicle with the body support normally associated with a performance car. During cornering, the adaptive system can provide additional support rather than depending entirely on large fixed side bolsters.
The Luxeed RX interior also features a 16.1 inch central display, an 8.88 inch passenger screen, a 26 inch head up display, a D shaped sports steering wheel with a BOOST button, ambient cabin lighting and available dual front zero gravity seats.
