Recently, two of our Aquarists traveled to America to assist New England Aquarium in rescuing cold-stunned turtles. 🐢

The main species found stranded on Cape Cod's beaches is the Kemp’s ridley sea turtle, critically endangered on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. This facility helps rehabilitate this species and several others so they can be released back into the oceans. 🌍
