Kick em, maul em, burn em or whatever other ways you want to handle the enemies.
Crimson Desert released more info about their combat and progression systems.

In short they revealed, that power is gotten through artifacts which you can get through combat, exploration, puzzle and pretty much anything you do in the game... they kinda just fall from the sky islands. Increasing your core stats, getting you new skills and upgrading existing ones.

But you can also get new skills by seeing enemies doing sick moves as well, and then you kinda just go and copy them. Pretty cool!
