Producing an all-new Cadillac Lyric in 2023 in Spring Hill, Tennessee

The Ultium propulsion system powers the Cadillac Lyriq, which is built on GM's next-generation, modular electric vehicle architecture and offers consumers a range of performance and range options. Based on internal testing, we are building LYRIQ to give more than 300 miles of range on a full charge, which is one of the key considerations when choosing an EV.

The new Ultium battery system from GM provides about 100 kilowatt-hours of energy to produce exciting performance and powers the Cadillac Lyriq.
