The new Apple Mac Pro is here and it looks like a video editing monster! Apple is boasting some impressive Mac Pro specs. If the new mac pro lives up to the hype, it could become the best video editing computer out there.
The base Mac Pro Tower runs about $6000. It comes with 32GB of RAM pre-loaded, but can be upgraded to up to 1.5TB of RAM! The mac pro also has 8 PCI slots built in to customize your drive setup as you please.
If you want the full Mac Pro package, you can buy the matching 32" 6K Pro Display XDR Monitor for $5000, plus another $1000 for the monitor stand. If you're willing to drop $12,000, the 2019 Mac Pro will vastly improve your editing efficiency.
