Today we have a little preview of our 35mm EF Lens Showdown! In this preview video we'll be taking a look at the Canon 35mm 1.4 II Lens, the Canon 35mm RF 1.8 Lens, and the Sigma 35mm Art 1.4. We shot some test photos on our Canon EOS R to compare these lenses and see which we prefer.
To compare these 35mm EF Lenses we set the camera on a tripod and set marks for our model so all the settings are consistent. When comparing the images side by side the Canon 35mm RF 1.8 stands out as the sharpest of the bunch.
Next week we'll be comparing both the Canon 35mm EF 1.4 L lens and the Rokinon 35mm 1.4 lens. There will also be many more photos and side by sides from the lenses we reviewed today. Be sure to check it out this Tuesday!
