Citadelum is our new project in Abylight Barcelona. Our team is very excited to announce that we are already working on a new game.
Citadelum is a citybuilding/strategy game based in ancient Rome, way before it was an empire and inspired by the classic works of Virgil’s Aeneid and Ovid’s Metamorphoses.
The gameplay will be focused on building and managing your own settlement. Expand and explore the map, free villages under siege and experience the power of the most advanced armies of the era: the Roman Legion.
You will also have to honour the gods, rise to the Roman Pantheon and gain the favor of the gods. There will be interactions with gods and mythical experiences in Citadelum!
Citadelum will depict the top of Abylight’s signature work with high detailed graphics and animations, the possibility of zooming in to see buildings interiors and then, zoom out to a general settlement view, country map and Gods' Pantheon, all bathed in our particular sense of humour.
If you want to know more about this new beggining, stay tuned to our social media, we will be posting more info soon!
On the other hand, this doesn't mean the end to One Military Camp, since we have released a new roadmap for the game full of free updates and DLCs that will be adding new content to One Military Camp.
