In our indie game of construction and strategy you will have to pay close attention to the state of health of all the inhabitants of the camp.
Both your recruits and your workers have meters of energy, health, happiness, etc., and it is important that you do your best so that they are always in high indexes.
This is important because when they have these meters at the maximum or very high, is when they perform better in their daily tasks in the camp and on the battlefield completing missions.
One way to take care of their well-being is to build entertainment areas for them to have fun in their free time, as well as green rest areas, parks and so on.
Another way, more dedicated and requiring more effort, is to pay attention to each meter individually and force rest schedules for those recruits or workers who have low levels.
For example, a cook may be very burned out even if he has enough free time, so it will be convenient to put him on a rest schedule, as if it were a vacation.
Then you will have to see how his condition improves until you see it reasonable for him to return to his job. Doing this with everyone, and even more so when you have a lot of people in the camp, is quite complicated.
