Our tycoon indie game has 17 different classes to specialize your soldiers, so it is appropiate to take a look at them and at the requirements of the missions you want to complete, so you don't spend money on classes you don't need at the moment.
Specializing your recruits isn't hard, you just need to hire a few of them and define which discipline they're going to train, as well as set the goal for the specialization.
When the recruit reaches the goal, it will appear on screen and you will be able to start to specialize them. They will change the trainind building and the more they spend trainind, more performance points they will get.
One more thing, we are already working on new updates for the game and a new road map has been shared on our Steam page, check it out for more information!
