In our indie game One Military Camp it is very important to keep the morale of our recruits as high as possible, as a crucial part of the success of our mission depends on it.
That is to say, each recruit has his own statistics of well-being, energy, health, etc.
So paying attention to these indices can make the difference between progressing or being stuck.
In this case, you can organize group jogging sessions, where the main character you have in your game will start a march around the camp, to which recruits will join as they go along.
We can see the brand new Sergeant Hawkins leading a group of recruits in the morning, but you can choose any other main character in the game from the game settings in case of Sandbox mode.
On the other hand, there are more ways to increase the morale of the group and ensure a good performance on the battlefield, such as entertainment buildings, a good rest or enough free time to clear your head.
