I am starting to learn more about short track racing very quickly now! After a massive rebuild of the entire back half of my 2006 NASCAR Monte Carlo im finally back in the grand national super series field at Caraway Speedway. This is my third short track race EVER. Could be the second one, since the real second one wasn’t much of a race with my messed up carburetor. Jeremy Mayfield helped me get that fixed up and today the car is REALLY good. I also have a professional spotter in PJ Payne with integrated radio audio so you guys can hear it too! My car has a Dodge R5P7 engine that I run Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0w40 in right off the shelf. Next week’s race video is coming with Mike Wallace as my spotter and Chrissy Wallace in the 23 car at Franklin County.
This is the second race of the Grand National Super Series season at Caraway Speedway in Sophia NC but my first time there. You'll see familiar faces from past videos in the field such as Jeremy Mayfield and AJ Henriksen. The cars are former NASCAR Cup or Busch series cars, ARCA cars, or Hooters Pro Cup cars.
