Dave Marcis takes us to his very first NC race shop AND the second one which he still owns that is a true time capsule! Known by his Wingtip shoes and Goodyear hat, Dave Marcis moved down to Asheville NC from his home in Wisconsin in 1969 to pursue the dream in NASCAR racing. Today we ride with Dave over to the brick building his race cars called home for almost 20 years for his first time back inside since 1987! After that we head over to the shop he built in 87 and used until retirement in 2002. Inside he has many relics of the past including Chrysler Hemi parts, raced used RCR Dale Earnhardt parts, and untouched Chevy SB2 race engines from 2002!
