With Burns night approaching, I thought i'd record one of Burns poems, and share one of my latest paintings of a Scottish red stag.

As I have quite a lot of Scottish blood in me , I always enjoy celebrating the great 'Rabbie's' eve, with a wee dram,: neeps and tatties', and for me , a vegetarian version of haggis:).
