The Vitality London 10K, 2025

Thank you to everyone who donated and helped me to raise a staggering £4,287 over the last four years, and six races for the Terrence Higgins Trust.

This charity helped me beyond words to come to terms with my HIV diagnosis and to learn to love myself again.

They helped me to find my voice, stamp out stigma, and be damn fucking proud of who
I am.
