In reponse to @BritishPaz49 who created a survey that shames me as a victim, simply asking for any help and support for escalating costs un my civil case against Alex Belfield @AlexBelfieldTheVoiceOfReason
I am one of the several victims who were harassed by former BBC presenter Alex Belfield, which led to him being jailed for five and a half years. After his trial concluded, but before he was sentenced, Belfield publicly revealed information about my HIV status. I am now claiming compensation from him in the civil courts, under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
I am not claiming defamation, as @BritishPaz49 has incorrectly reported.
I have also already spent £4,000 of my own money which I had been advised would have been enough to cover my legal costs, had Belfield not refused to settle my case at the first opportunity. I am know left to raise £15,000 for the next stage in court proceedings, which I did not expect and cannot afford.
I am using the Crowd Justice platform as a guarantee that the money raised through donations goes directly to my solicitor, and not in to my pocket. I will not see a penny of it.
I have already stated that I will then donate all the money I raise through Crowd justice to the Terrence Higgins Trust, when if I win, as the platform is not set up to issue refunds.
I hope that @BritishPaz49 will consider these points and do further research before he makes the video about me, that he has said he plans to.

Please help me to raise legal fees to claim compensation from ex BBC presenter Alex Belfield who harassed and stalked me, and then threatened “he’d be back”.
I am raising money through Crowd Justice. All the money raised will go directly to Samuel Solicitors.
