Part 41 - Stretch limo to sewer entrance
This segment mostly consists of storyline events. This is the last place in the game where you can buy things, so don't worry about saving money for weapons and armor later. If you can't afford the equipment sold here, skip the Expensive Gloves, the Good Shoes, and the Scorpio Bracelet for Lucas and Duster. You can find 2 bracelets and better weapons for Kumatora and Duster in gift boxes later.
Outline:
1:40 - Wait about 30 seconds in the limo, then talk to the driver. Any time you spend talking to the driver or examining objects doesn't count toward the 30 seconds.
7:16 - Buy weapons and armor from the vending machine next to the Empire Porky Building and at the counter in the theater.
8:29 - Talk to the guy with a mohawk in the movie theater.
8:57 - Examine the top left seat.
9:38 - Enter the Arcade and talk to the guy with a mohawk to enter the sewer.
