⌘As often as you're hungry (or more often if your hunger cues have been affected by starvation or other eating disorders).
⌘If you hear the phrase "water fasting," plug your ears and don't stop running until you see people wearing shoes.
⌘Superfoods are not adequate meals.
⌘There's no such thing as juice "feasting." It's calorie and fiber restriction. Period.
⌘Do not let anyone put a water hose up your ass. Your ass does not need to be hydro cleansed.
⌘And be aware of supplements you definitely need: B12
it's common to need: Omega 3's + D3
or might need: iron, zinc, selenium, or B-vitamins due to genetic variations in absorption and conversion.
