π§ How It Works
This session combines 10Hz alpha-wave isochronic tones with subtle amplitude entrainment effects, creating rhythmic sound patterns intended to support relaxed, attentive brain states.
Alpha brainwave activity (approximately 8β12 Hz) is commonly associated with relaxation, creativity, and a balanced mental state. Some research has explored correlations between alpha activity and neurochemical processes related to mood, though individual responses vary and experiences are subjective.
π 528Hz Solfeggio Frequency
A continuous 528Hz tone plays gently throughout the session, blended with subtle spatial effects for smooth movement and depth.
In sound-based and holistic traditions, 528Hz is often discussed in relation to themes of balance, positivity, and emotional well-being. Many listeners enjoy it for its calming and uplifting character, though experiences vary.

About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
