What is this?
This track uses isochronic tones to gently raise your brainwave activity into the beta range; the state linked with wakefulness, focus, and alertness.
It begins in the mid theta range (associated with light sleep), gradually increasing through theta and alpha, and finishing in the beta range, where you naturally feel more alert and focused. This natural progression helps your mind transition from a sleepy state to a fully awake one.

Session Structure
β Starts at 6Hz, rising to 15Hz by the 12-minute mark
β The tone frequency is then held around 15Hz on a repeating, 9-minute cycle
How to Use
β Listen with your eyes open for the best energising effect
β Headphones are optional, but can enhance the experience by blocking external noise
β Best used in the morning or anytime you need an energy lift without coffee
Volume Tips
Keep the tones clear but comfortable:
β Not so quiet that they fade into the background
β Not so loud that it causes discomfort or headaches
β Start at about 50% volume and adjust as needed.
About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
