Enter a state of focused flow, characterised by heightened concentration and clear thinking. A deep house mix (Clay Garden) combined with beta-wave isochronic tones (12β14Hz), to help you stay focused, engaged, and productive.
Part of my Focus Flow Isochronic Tones series.
β« MP3 version - I'm working on some updates to my website, and the MP3 version will be available soon.

How does it work?
β The session uses beta frequencies (12β14Hz), associated with alertness, focus, and concentration.
β Frequencies are structured in a smooth sine wave movement, keeping your mind engaged without distraction.
β Ideal for studying, reading, or mentally demanding work over extended periods.
You can view a frequency chart at the beginning of the video that shows how the session is structured.
Why Isochronic Tones?
β Isochronic tones create a clear, powerful beat that synchronises your brainwaves more effectively than binaural beats.
β EEG research shows binaural beats produce only a minimal brain response, while isochronic tones provide a much stronger entrainment effect.

Headphones? π§
β Headphones are not required as the tones work effectively through standard speakers.
β However, using headphones can help block distractions in noisy environments.
Volume π
β Set the volume at a comfortable level that's clear enough to hear the tones, but never harsh or distracting.
About My Process
I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.
The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
