How Does it Work?

This study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 16-20Hz beta frequency range. It's designed to help boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a more extended period.

You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.

My Focus Flow isochronic tones session contains frequencies between 16 and 20 Hz. I've structured the movement between frequencies in a smooth sine wave configuration with this track. This helps keep you focused, engaged, and not distracted by changes in frequency.

Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats

When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a tiny response in the brain and have minimal impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a superior and more effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. Headphones are NOT required for this video.

How Should You Listen to This?

Use this instrumental study music track while studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones, you may find using them more helpful. Especially if you're listening in a noisy work or study environment.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

About My Process

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
