A synth psybient-inspired mix (Crystal Layers) combined with beta-wave isochronic tones. This is designed to increase concentration and focus and is part of my Study Focus isochronic tones series.

Isochronic tones produce a more substantial brainwave entrainment effect than binaural beats in study or standard music tracks.

How Does it Work?

This upbeat study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 14-17Hz beta frequency range. It's designed to boost focus and concentration. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a more extended period.

New randomized frequencies

You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.

My Study Focus isochronic tones session typically contains frequencies between 14 and 17Hz. With this track, I have randomized the frequencies within a similar close range of 13.6Hz to 17.4Hz. This will help prevent habituation for long-term users of this particular frequency range, so your brain doesn't get used to the same frequencies.

Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats

When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a tiny response in the brain and have minimal impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct-sounding beat, making them a superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment. Headphones are NOT required for this video.

How Should You Listen to This?

Use this instrumental study music track while studying, reading, or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones, you may find them more helpful when listening in a noisy work or study environment.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

About My Process

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
