What is this?

This track uses isochronic tones to lift your brainwave activity into the higher beta range, the state linked with alertness and mental energy.

It starts with a 6-minute ramp-up to get you into that alert state quickly, then settles into a looping cycle that keeps your energy steady for the rest of the track. This is built for when you need a boost to get through the rest of your day, not for winding down or falling asleep.

Session Structure

● Starts at 12Hz, ramping up to 17Hz over the first 6 minutes
● Then loops through a 12-minute cycle, moving between 17, 18, 16, and back to 17Hz
● This keeps your brain in an alert, energised state for the full session

How to Use

● Listen with your eyes open for the best energising effect
● Headphones are optional, but can enhance the experience by blocking external noise
● Best used in the afternoon or early evening, whenever you need a boost of energy to get through the rest of your day

Volume Tips

Keep the tones clear but comfortable:
● Not so quiet that they fade into the background
● Not so loud that it causes discomfort or headaches
● Start at about 50% volume and adjust as needed.

About My Process

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
