Today Corbucci Eats and I take on Saucy Q BBQ pork sandwich challenge for our first challenge of our mini tour!
The restaurant Saucy Q Barbecue offers a massive pork sandwich challenge that consist of 2.5 pounds of juicy pork, 1 pound of their amazing coleslaw, 1 pound of their beautiful BBQ sauce all on a nice soft tasty bun.
There is a 45 min time limit to take on this beast of a challenge, if you can complete the challenge under 45 mins your meal is free, your photo goes on the wall of fame and you'll get an awesome t-shirt!
