Monastiri Beach which lies in the Agios Ioannis Bay is named after an ancient monastery located near the beach (Monastery St. John's of Deti). It is known for its soft sand, beautiful rocks and clear sea of emerald color. There is a quiet and measured atmosphere, perfect order, sunny and calm weather. It is surrounded with tall trees, stone plates and picturesque mountains.
