Bodycam and police report written by Florida Deputy Strack after the arrest for witness intimidation:
“Upon my arrival, I made contact with Victim. Victim stated his mother has been tampering with him due to the fact he is a victim of a Domestic Battery. Victim stated his mother, Marianne, has told him that he “needs to drop the case before it gets worse for him.” Marianne also told Victim if he doesn't drop the case, then she will put voodoo on him. The voodoo will make him fall into a sleep paralysis until he dies. Victim appeared genuinely scared of his mother and his step-father’s brother’s retaliation.
Victim informed me that Marianne went into his bedroom, where he has the right to privacy due to him being 19-years-old and considered an adult. Without his permission, Marianne went into Victim’s bedroom and took his belongings and moved them to another location. Marianne deprived Victim of his belongings nnd without cause and permission. Victim captured a video of Marianne moving his belongings outside while it was heavily raining and putting them into her vehicle."
