This 1:16 scale RC car is very fast when driven with a 3S battery. The car feels well built, and should be able to take a bashing. Find the 3S version here on Amazon amzn.to/3gYFJvM .
Pros
- 1/16 scale RC car.
- Four wheel drive. Should work great on grass, asphalt, and especially dirt.
- Cotter pins with pull tabs
- Oil filled shocks on front two wheels.
- 45A ESC with aluminum heat sink.
- Lots of metal on this car for durability including front bumper, adjustable pull rods, and transmission system.
- 2845 brushless four pole motor provides tons of power. Motor is cooled via aluminum heat sink and electric fan.
- Top speed up to 60 Kmh (with 3S battery).
- Tail wheelie bar, for doing wheelies of course. And it is needed when driving with 3S.
- Large high grip tires.
- Available with 2S or 3S 1050mah battery versions (recommend the 3S if you feel the need for speed).
- Control range up to 60 to 80 meters with stock transmitter.
Cons
- Provided stock transmitter is very basic with limited range. Although it has a two position steering rate switch, the car was somewhat twitchy even at the lower 70% steering rate. I would really have preferred a rotating knob switch for better fine tuning of the steering. Luckily the optional transmitter that comes with the HG-T22 GPS system has such a D/R steering knob switch.
