Mrs Dynoguy called and reported that the Mitsy does not respond to the throttle at all. I advised to stop the engine and re-start. This got her moving again, but only in limp mode with check engine light on.
On return, I checked fault codes and it came up with P220 and P1225. Both are pointing to the throttle system, but i think P220 is somewhat misleading, at least with a generic scan software like mine as this indicate a pedal sensor fault, but i think it's actually a throttle body position sensor problem. (no throttle cable, all fly by wire)
Long story short, it was very likely related to the throttle body alone, details are in the video.
The car is a 2002 Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin 2.0 GDI, this 4G94 engine was also fitted to many other Mitsubishi models.
