Air compressor tank testing, Getting a new life into an old air compressor, part 1 @dynoguy

In this series, we restoring an old air compressor, Ep #1 starts with pressure testing the tank.
This compressor has been sitting unused for almost 10 years, so it's probably not a good idea to fire it up without knowing the air tank is safe to use.
Before filling it with water, we looked into it with an inspection camera, but the footage was only glare, perhaps we repeat that in a later episode.
For your own safety, never ever test an air tank with air, always use water !
This unit is a 90 liter, 3kW 3-phase version, made by Kaeser in 1982
