Funnily enough unlike the last video, I do well at the start and screw up towards the end. This is my second run through the stage in total and the first time seeing the boss, so I'm feeling pretty good about it though! I like the layout of this stage more than the first, but I'm starting to feel the burn of the art style -- the second level is far too similar. Hopefully this will be addressed in the full version, because this is a beta after all.
Dashing is the name of the game essentially. Your "buster shot" only primes enemies for destruction (called destabilization here) -- you have to dash through them to absorb their powers. A combo and score system are also built into it.
