-Head to the Cathedral Ward checkpoint, go in the right door. Use this video to kill the Blood-Starved Beast to open the door if you haven't already

-Go up the elevator, veer left, head straight, veer right, and drop. Enter the room and turn around. Roll on the plank in the video, heal, then drop down.
-Here you'll find a secret area with one third of the umbilical cord, and a really nifty dodge-buff spell that has a low stat requirement.
-You can find another umbilical cord by killing the Wet Nurse boss as part of the story.
-You'll find the other one on an NPC in the back of the clinic, accessed through the below video starting from 1:30. Kill Old Ones (bosses) and come back to this area later when the NPC is on a table. Kill her and obtain the last cord.
