-Follow the guide in this video first to get to the Upper Cathedral Ward

-Enter the building from the left. Go down the stairs, veer left around the corner and up the ladder. Kill the three squid enemies on the top floor, one of them will drop a key.
-Go back down the stairs and enter the main door in the hall. That will open up the shorcut.
-In that opened area go up the stairs and to the Celestial Emissary boss. Touch the lamp and smash the window in front of it. Go straight down the hallway and onto the elevator to find Ebrietas.
