Despite the fact that PR called this the toughest stage yet, it's by far the easiest. Once you figure out how to "down-dash" through the spiked turbines at that one part (3:55 in), you're good to go.

Dashing is the name of the game essentially. Your "buster shot" only primes enemies for destruction (called destabilization here) -- you have to dash through them to absorb their powers. A combo and score system are also built into it.
