Experiment #427: Mario Amiibo
(Rated G) Mario gets microwaved! I'm the first to my knowledge to actually attempt microwaving an Amiibo and the results were a bit unexpected. I should learn to expect by now stuff to blow the door open but once again the camera gets knocked over and doesn't get very good footage of the explosion. You just hear a boom and that is where the footage stops. Or this could actually look better than I had planned. But this video should explain why I've mostly stopped putting the camera up close and using smaller microwaves. Still, I hope you enjoyed this episode. I have to wonder WHAT was in the Amiibo to make it explode like that. A battery? The internal chip? At least the fire after it blew up was pretty cool. Hopefully even more cool episodes will result this season. Microwave Me, now in its 15th season continues its trend of bigger and better microwave experiments than done the previous season while being filmed in 1080p for the best quality and as always stars Captain Microwave as the show's host and producer, who for this episode uses a Magic Chef brand microwave.
