Ingredients:
1 cup Egg White
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp Coconut Oil
cup Onion, chopped
cup Green Onion
cup, Mushroom, Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
4 Slices of Ham, Julienned
1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
cup Vegan Cheese

STEPS:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together until combined, then season with salt and pepper. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan, then saute the onions and mushrooms for about 3 minutes, until they're soft.
4. Add the garlic, ham, cherry tomatoes, and green onion and saute for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the eggs to a pan and stir until combined. Cook until the eggs turn opaque, then add cheese, and serve!

1 taza de clara de huevo
1 huevo entero
1 cucharadita de aceite de coco
taza de cebolla picada
taza de cebolla verde
taza, champin, en rodajas
2 dientes de ajo picados
4 rebanadas de jamn
1/3 taza de tomates cherry, en rodajas
taza de queso vegano

Los pasos:
1. Calienta en una sartn anti-adherente a fuego medio.
2. En un bol, une los huevos y condimenta con sal y pimienta.
3. Agrega 1 cucharada de aceite de coco a la sartn, despus saltea las cebollas y hongos durante 3 minutos, o hasta que estn suaves.
4. Agrega el ajo, jamn, tomates cherry y cebollas verdes y saltea durante otros 2 minutos.
5. Agrega los huevos a un sartn y mezcla hasta combinar completamente. Cocina los huevos hasta que estn opacos, despus agrega el queso y sirve!
