Even though many of you amazing ladies train with me on Fitplan... sometimes also I need someone to literally kick my butt!

There exercises are very focused on glutes and hamstrings, without stressing my injured knee too much.
When you do this, you must use weights heavy enough so you will be able to do at least 12 reps, but at times also lower the weights and do up to 40 reps. Reps and weights varies, but correct form is key here.
