Metal Slug 4: Mission 5 (Level 8, Ship Interior Path) @XSquareS

Difficulty: Level 8. No cheats used.

Admittedly this mission can be pretty cool. I like the Metal Gear Solid-esque entrance of the stage, and editing Arabs to become Pirates, while incredibly lazy, is pretty cool and smart.

The boss fight is stupid though. Its attacks are near impossible to avoid if you don't cheese the fight, and it can't even be destroyed when it lowers itself to launch missiles.
