Mesa Police have released a video showing a police incident that ended with a 50-year-old woman's arrest on Aug. 24.

Investigators say the incident began as a report of an order of protection violation, and the suspect, identified as Regina Baswell, allegedly fled from officers before losing control of her vehicle and spinning out on the roadway.

"The suspect exited the vehicle holding a can of beer and was taken into custody," Mesa Police wrote.
