This is the music that plays during the cutscene in Eye of Ysera where Merithra interrupts Galok's monologue.

This track seems to be a remix of the "Dragon Race 2" theme by Jake Lefkowitz from patch 10.1: Embers of Neltharion. A duduk instrument was added in at certain parts, and even the Dragonflight main theme snuck its way in during the end there.
